Brian Relph
Brian will be the new face of the store—bringing over 20 years of inner-city youth ministry experience and the past two years as a Hardware & Plumbing Manager at a major big box retailer. His heart for people and hands-on knowledge of the industry make him the perfect person to continue Crown’s tradition of service in the Milwaukee community.
Dwaine Relph
Dwaine, with 43 years of global inventory leadership at Caterpillar, will lead the transition from paper-based systems to a modern, cloud-integrated operation—ensuring efficiency without losing the local touch Crown is known for.
Tyler Relph
Tyler, who is currently serving in the U.S. Air Force, will oversee strategic growth, finance, and long-term vision to ensure Crown thrives not just today, but for generations to come.
